Settings ‣ Diving ‣ Liveaboards
You can create in the Dive Booking web application all the liveaboards you are offering as direct service or for a partner.
In the column Run by the mask icon shows that this liveaboard is run by yourself.
Note that you cannot delete a liveaboard that has already been booked.
When creating or editing a liveaboard be sure to enter all correct informations:
This is where you say if this liveaboard is run by yourself or by a partner. Go to Partners to create needed records.
Enter description (ex. : Similan Islands) and short description (ex. : Similan) that will be needed in some lists.
Tick the box if this liveaboard is charterized meaning a price is fixed for the trip not depending on the number of pax.
Enter the number of days, nights and total dives of the trip.
Enter the maximum number of pax, divers and instructors or dive masters
Select departure and return times and enter the departure and return piers. These information will be used to calculate the pickup times.
Enter now the prices and costs for the different kinds of pax and cabins. The Dive Booking application accepts 3 different kinds of cabins.
If the trip is charterized enter the selling price and cost.
After saving you will be able to update the schedule of this liveaboard. From the liveaboards list, click the calendar icon to access the schedule.
Here is the schedule for the selected liveaboard. From there you can delete a date, set a date as full so no more booking can be recorded, and add new date.
To mark a date as fully booked, just click on the right icon. Click again to mark the date as not full.
