Bookings ‣ Booking Daytrips ‣ Dive Groups
When all bookings are recorded for a daytrip and you are going to close it, it's time to manage the divers' groups.
Let's have a look at the following daytrip:
We have 2 Open Water divers and 2 Advanced Open Water divers. You might want to split them in 2 different groups, each one managed by a dive master.
Add the staffs needed in the Instructors / Divemasters list:
And now, set each Open Water diver and 1 DM to the group 1 and each AOW diver and the other DM to group 2. When you set a Group to a diver or staff a check mark is automatically displayed.
