Click this icon to send an email request to your partner with all pax details. This icon will not appear if the daytrip is run by yourselves. |
Actually you can send a bookings request email to a partner even if the daytrip is not closed yet. It's a way to let your partner knowing of the coming bookings.
When you click the icon the system send an email to your partner email address or email addresses if a copy is setup as well as your email addresses setup in your profile.
Your partner will received an email with a title like:
